Nola Flowers is an online luxury flower brand offering thoughtfully curated flower boxes and related gift products, delivered across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and surroundings.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance occurs once your order has been processed and prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, flowers are a natural product and may vary in colour, size, or appearance depending on seasonal availability. In the event that specific flowers or materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times and delivery location. Full delivery details are provided on our Delivery Information page. Nola Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of products passes to you once payment has been received in full. Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address. If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location at the courier’s discretion.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist where feasible.

8. Returns & Refunds

Flowers are a perishable product and, as such, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order due to damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist. Any refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
