Yes. All Nola Flowers arrangements are made with 100% real, fresh flowers.
We do not sell artificial, dried, or preserved flowers at this stage.

- Ipswich (flat-rate delivery)

What happens if no one is home?
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery driver may leave the flowers in a safe location at their discretion or attempt to contact the recipient.
Once delivered to the nominated address, responsibility passes to the recipient.

Yes. You can add special delivery notes at checkout (e.g. gate codes or safe drop instructions). While we do our best to follow these, access cannot be guaranteed.

Flowers are a natural product, so slight variations in colour, bloom size, or opening stage may occur. If specific blooms are unavailable, we may substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality.

Flower longevity depends on the blooms used and environmental conditions. With proper care, most arrangements can be enjoyed for several days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on your location, selected time slot, and order cut-off times. Availability is shown at checkout.

Our flower boxes are arranged in floral foam that has been fully hydrated before delivery. To keep your flowers fresh:
- Gently add a small amount of fresh water daily to the centre of the foam
- Avoid overfilling — the foam should be moist, not flooded
- There’s no need to remove the flowers from the box
Light & Temperature
- Place your flower box in a cool, shaded area
- Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, air conditioning, or drafts
- Keep away from windows where heat can shorten flower life
Ongoing Care
- Remove any petals or blooms that naturally fade over time
- Do not pull or rearrange stems, as this can disturb the arrangement
