Delivery

Yes, same-day delivery may be available depending on your location, selected time slot, and order cut-off times. Available dates and time frames are displayed at checkout in real time.

We currently deliver to:

  • Brisbane (free delivery)
  • Gold Coast (free delivery)
  • Ipswich (flat-rate delivery)

At this time, we do not deliver outside these areas.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout:

  • Brisbane: Free
  • Gold Coast: Free
  • Ipswich: Flat-rate fee, $15

All delivery fees are shown before payment — no hidden charges.

Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date using our delivery calendar. Only available dates will be shown based on capacity and cut-off times.

Yes. We offer the following delivery time frames:

  • Morning
  • Afternoon
  • Evening

Please note these are delivery windows, not exact times.

Your flowers will be delivered on the date and time frame you select at checkout, subject to operational conditions such as traffic and weather.

If tracking or delivery confirmation is available, you will receive a notification once your order has been delivered. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery driver may leave the flowers in a safe location at their discretion or attempt to contact the recipient.

Once delivered to the nominated address, responsibility passes to the recipient.

Yes. You can add special delivery notes at checkout (e.g. gate codes or safe drop instructions). While we do our best to follow these, access cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

We accept secure online payments via the payment options shown at checkout, including major credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods, such as Afterpay, ZipPay, Google Pay, and ApplePay.

Yes. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order.

Products & Care

We specialise in luxury flower boxes, thoughtfully curated and arranged in floral foam to keep flowers hydrated and beautifully presented.

Your flowers arrive arranged in hydrated floral foam. To keep them fresh:

  • Add a small amount of fresh water to the foam daily

  • Keep the box in a cool, shaded area

  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or air conditioning

  • Do not remove or rearrange the stems

Flower longevity varies depending on the blooms used and environmental conditions. With proper care, most arrangements can be enjoyed for several days.

Flowers are a natural product, so slight variations in colour or bloom size may occur. If specific flowers are unavailable, we may substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style.

Orders & Changes

Yes. You can add a personalised message at checkout, which will be included with your flower box.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.

Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer exclusive promotions or discount codes. These are usually shared via our newsletter or email communications.

Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

At this stage, we do not offer flower subscriptions, but this may be introduced in the future. You can join our mailing list to stay updated.
