At Nola Flowers, we take great care in preparing and delivering our flower boxes. As flowers are a perishable product, please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:
We do not accept returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind
We do not offer refunds for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Once flowers have been delivered, they cannot be returned or resold.
2. Quality Issues or Damaged Orders
If there is an issue with your order due to:
Damaged flowers
Incorrect items
Quality concerns on arrival
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the concern
Requests submitted outside this time frame may not be eligible for review.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement arrangement
A partial refund
A store credit
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Delivery-Related Issues
Nola Flowers is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Flowers left in a safe place at the delivery address when the recipient is unavailable
Natural variations in flower colour, bloom size, or opening stage
Flowers are a natural product, and slight variations are part of their beauty.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the time-sensitive and perishable nature of flowers:
Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist where possible
