At Nola Flowers, we’re committed to delivering your flowers with care, precision, and intention. Please read the information below to understand how our delivery service works.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas:
Free Delivery
Brisbane
Gold Coast
Flat-Rate Delivery
Ipswich (flat-rate fee applied at checkout). Current cost: $15
At this time, we do not offer delivery outside these areas. If your address falls outside our delivery zones, delivery options will not be available at checkout.
2. Delivery Date Selection
During checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date using our delivery date selector.
Available delivery dates are displayed in real time and are subject to:
Product availability
Daily delivery capacity
Cut-off times
If a date is unavailable, it will be disabled in the calendar.
3. Delivery Time Slots
To offer flexibility and convenience, we provide the following delivery time frames:
Morning
Afternoon
Evening
Time slots are delivery windows, not exact delivery times. While we do our best to meet your selected time frame, delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or courier logistics.
4. Cut-Off Times
Cut-off times for same-day or next-day delivery depend on:
Delivery location
Selected delivery date
Selected time slot
All applicable cut-off times are clearly displayed at checkout. Orders placed after a cut-off time will automatically roll over to the next available delivery date.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address:
Brisbane: Free delivery
Gold Coast: Free delivery
Ipswich: Flat-rate delivery fee
There are no hidden charges — all delivery costs are shown before payment.
6. Receiving the Delivery
Our deliveries are handled with care to ensure your flowers arrive in beautiful condition.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
The order may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion
The recipient may be contacted if needed
Once the order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Nola Flowers cannot be held responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries due to missing information
Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the selected time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Unexpected delivery volume
If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.
9. Special Instructions
You may add delivery notes at checkout (e.g. gate codes, apartment access, safe drop instructions). While we will do our best to follow these instructions, we cannot guarantee access in all situations.
